Robotic Welding

Precision Profiles Plus utilizes robotic welders which are ideal for making smaller high volume high quality componants.

Robotic Weld Stations
Five welding robots/cells can be programmed to produce a high quality weld quickly and consistently. Paired jig rotaters allow the robot operator to load/unload one jig while the other is in operation.

The use of robotic welders has been very successful. Additional robots have been purchased and will be commissioned for use throughout the year.
Robotic Plasma Station
One robot cell is dedicated for plasma cutting on tubing, H.S.S. and other irregular shaped parts. This allows for a very clean and precise complex cut on non-flat parts.
