Parts Finishing & Paint Systems
Precision Profiles provides
finishing and painting of a wide range of different sized components
to the specifications demanded by the order. |
| A turntable style Shot Blaster
is used to remove laser scale and other residue that may interfere
with paint. It propels the S230 shot at 3500 RPM to provide a very
clean finish and superior paint adhesion. |
 |
Precision Profiles can provide
superior painting services with two wet paint lines, one batch
line, and a continuous moving conveyer track complete with acid-wash
prep and bake ovens for parts large or small. |
 |
Precision Profiles can also provide
power coat painting services from a continuous moving powder
paint line for smaller components.
- An in-line shot blaster shoots steel
shot at the parts hung on the line. The impact of the shot
cleans the steel and prepares it for paint.
- The paint is environmentally
friendly with no solvents, no lead and no hazardous waste.
- The entire tracking system is fully
automated and it runs at an average of 3 to 3.5 ft. (1 m) per
minute.
- Every hour we check the dry
film readings to ensure adequate paint thickness.
